Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or already experienced, our trainers meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and endurance step by step.
How do I freeze my membership?
Life happens, and we understand. If you need to pause your membership due to travel, injury, or personal reasons, just contact our team. We’ll work with you to freeze your plan so you don’t lose your progress.
Do you have trial classes?
Yes! Your very first 30–45 minute personal assessment is completely free. This helps us evaluate your goals and introduce you to our training style. We also offer short-term packages for those who want to test things out before committing long-term.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable workout clothes, a bottle of water, and lots of energy. If you’re doing martial arts sessions, we’ll guide you on any additional gear you may need.
